Support Center
We have created a seperate support center for our customers. Several features are present in the current support center. A knowledge database can be searched and manuals can be downloaded. If this is not sufficient, it is possible to create a ticket to our support desk. This can be done on each day of the week. The tickets are received by the support desk and handled. If needed, a phone call will be made to identify and solve the issue.
In order to use the support center, a useraccount is needed. Please register first, after validation, all functionality can be used.
