What does i-Reserve mean?

i-Reserve is an online reservation system. The reserve part is very clear for english speakers, and the i stands for Internet.

What are the costs of i-Reserve?

Four packages are available: Bronze, Silver, Gold en Platinum. All packages work with a fixed amount per month, no surprises. Already possible from € 1,30 per day. Please contact us for the details. There is no cheaper way!

Can I send my customers a confirmation mail automatically?

Yes indeed, there exist a number of automatic e-mails. All the text of the e-mails are maintained by yourself. At a number of action these are then sent automatically. For example at producing a reservation the reservation number is sent automatically to the customer.

Is i-Reserve available in multiple languages?

Yes indeed, the texts of the system are all stored in one location. Because of this it is easy carry out the system for example in English or German. The system is delivered with the languages English, German, French, Dutch and Spanish.

How can the system with my Internet site be incorporated?

This is possible in several ways. If you already have an Internet site and only wish i-Reserve as an extra, you can get for example a subdomain. This means that you get the subdomain http://uwdomein.i-reserve.nl where i-Reserve will reside. If you don't have a provider yet, you can let us register your domain http://www.uwdomein.nl Furthermore applies that the layout and texts of i-Reserve are entirely adaptable. The layout can be adapted with the layout of your Internet site.

Is i-Reserve providing discounts?

You can apply several discount rules entirely automatically. You can provide discounts on expensive, number of persons or on the reservation amount. Furthermore you can give discount a fixed discount or variable. Or no discount.

How do I see the bookings, made by my customers?

Of course you get access to the administrators part of your i-Reserve. This means that you can entirely regulate your system, of institutions up to and including treating reservations. Thus you see directly which reservations have been done be and you can immediately edit these.

Can there be a different authorization for my employees?

This is standard the set-up of i-Reserve. Because there are several levels in beveiliging, you can give an employee a user name which can treat only reservations. You keep then yourself the control concerning the generic setup, visiting hours etc..

Are there updates scheduled for i-Reserve?

Yes indeed, in consultation with our customers we are constantly busy adding new functionality to i-Reserve. Because of this all customers profit of the modifications which one of the customers have requested. In principle its all additives optional, which mean that if there are additives, you yourself can choose or these also for you useful to be.

Can I export data to my accounting software?

Yes you can. i-Reserve currently supports Exact online boekhouden, King , Accountview en Mamut
